I was hoping there was some way to root/reflash the device, but that seems unlikely too.
But it doesn't and doesn't look like RAVPower would be able to. If the RAVPower Filehub Plus had OpenVPN support, it would have been perfect for my needs (I wanted to SD card + USB port and the battery pack functionality). u/RoweDent created this awesome resource on network theory
