It would be interesting also to review the edits that were done on 1.19 (if you have any backups of the edits) and see if anything stands out. Just something to keep in mind during load testing, if you haven't thought of it already. If it doesn't work I'll continue more tests to find and solve the issue.

I'm aiming to try this test tomorrow evening (I'll post an update here). The effect will be temporary (under an hour, less if the same issue appears) before I revert top normal behaviour. If you've already looked into NPC creation, then you just need to open the mod in CK (or skyrim.esm if changing a vanilla NPC), amend their facegen to how you want it, then save.īrilliant, thank you so much for the link.
